It was excellent stay I really loved the location it’s close to everything , if your coming by car there is paid parking Positive: Location Negative: The room without AC but during winter it’s fine only the living room has AC

DELUSIONE Positive: La posizione Negative: Purtroppo diverse cose. Il palazzo è vecchio, carico di odori e fatiscente. La sensazione entrando nella stanza è di pulizia relativa. Noi abbiamo dovuto prepararci il letto divano, andando a cercare lenzuola e federe, alcune delle quali macchiate, nel contenitore sotto un mezzo letto. Il divano letto era tendenzialmente sfondato e non comodo con l’aria climatizzata che ti spara addosso. Cucina nuova. Segnalo la gentilezza dello host ma consiglio allo stesso maggiore attenzione ai servizi ed alla pulizia. In questa vacanza abbiamo toccato diverse località della Spagna e questa struttura, pagata mediamente il doppio delle altre, e ‘ quella che ci ha deluso di più.

Positive: Our recent stay at this apartment in Marbella was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and spotless, truly sparkling clean. It had everything we could possibly need inside, making us feel right at home. The location is simply unbeatable. Being right on the beach and in the center of all the happening spots, yet incredibly close to downtown, meant we could easily enjoy everything Marbella has to offer without needing a car. Plus, the 24/7 reception was a huge bonus, offering peace of mind and convenience. We especially loved how well-equipped the entire property was, not just our unit. This place truly exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back!
