Relaxing, beautiful hours spent on the terrace and walks by the sea. Positive: A beautiful, authentic holiday apartment in a quiet residential area of Bel-Air. Supermarkets, pharmacy and similar amenities are within walking distance, about 1 km away. The apartment itself is fully equipped, including a Sonos sound system, large TV, and Netflix. Comfortable beds, large wardrobes, and two bathrooms with either a shower or bathtub. The spacious kitchen includes all conceivable kitchen appliances, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The fiber-optic internet at 200 Mbps was very stable. There is a garage parking space suitable for an SUV, with an elevator from there directly to the apartment – no long hauling of luggage or groceries. But the highlight is the 40 m² south-facing terrace with views of the Marbella mountains and the sea. The glass enclosure can be closed on cooler evenings, so the terrace can also be used in the winter months. We spent many hours there. We had very pleasant communication with the landlord Rafael, who explained everything well. Everything worked perfectly on arrival and departure.

We were had sold our house and we’re not yet able to move in to the new house, and this bridged the gap excellently. Positive: Fully equipped. Kitchen had plenty of good sized pots and pans, was able to cook a complete dinner. I’ve stayed in some where there’s only a small frying pan and one saucepan! Excellent attention from the host too.

A beautiful apartment. Positive: Convenient quiet location for us visiting family. A very comfortable and spacious apartment which was well equipped and immaculately clean. Around the pool was a well-maintained garden and underground parking was available for one vehicle. This apartment would provide ideal accommodation for 4 people. Negative: That our visit was so short!
