Positive: The location was convenient. There's also parking on site for those traveling by car. It can get full, though. I was lucky and always managed to find a spot.
I was in regular contact with Rafeal. He sent me a bunch of interesting recommendations.
Negative: There was no such thing.
Except maybe for one thing. We didn't have air conditioning in the bedroom (there's a fan).
